Kyndra joined MarketShare Financial in 1994 as the case manager for all annuity new business. She assumed the responsibility of overseeing the processing of all lines of new business in 1997. Presently, she is responsible for the oversight of all operations functions within the company, including the securities and insurance division, as well as corporate business management.
Kyndra and her team provide support, training, and technical assistance to new and existing advisiors within our firm. She also works closely with the business development team to create, execute and maintain marketing programs and initiatives.

What is a typical day like for you?
“One of the reasons I love my job so much is that there is not a “typical” day. Every day is a unique challenge, as I communicate with our advisors and handle issues and concerns for our entire team.”

“Ability to think a few steps ahead, formulate a plan and resolve problems. Resourceful.”
