Twenty-four years ago, Joelle started her career in the financial services industry as a receptionist at a small independent broker-dealer. What began as an entry-level opportunity became the foundation of a career built on hard work, curiosity, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
Over the years, she earned opportunities to grow into leadership roles, ultimately serving as AVP of Licensing, Registration, and Relationship Management. Along the way, she developed a passion for building strong relationships, leading teams, and creating solutions that help both advisors and organizations thrive.
In 2024, Joelle joined Osaic, where she expanded my experience within one of the industry’s leading wealth management organizations. Today, she has found her home at MarketShare as a Business Development Manager, where she combines more than two decades of industry knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people, fostering partnerships, and driving business growth.
