With over 15 years of financial services experience, working in sales, recruiting, practice management and compliance roles, Eric brings extensive knowledge and resources to our organization.
Eric joined MarketShare after assisting Signator Investors, Inc. and their network of independent firms across the country grow, retain and acquire practices since 2015. Prior to his efforts there, he assisted in the growth of two other major independent broker dealers, Cetera Advisors and Sigma Financial Corporation, focusing on recruiting to their model and value proposition. Assisting advisors with key business development initiatives such as recruiting, building advisor teams, acquiring practices and formulating succession strategies is where he spends most of his time today.
